Meg McNall receives an MSE degree

On May 4, Meg McNall presented her thesis entitled, “Mitigation of Crystallization Pressure through Surface Modification”, for the Master of Science in Engineering degree from the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering. The goal of the research was to evaluate the effectiveness of polyacrylic acid for reducing the disjoining pressure between sodium sulfate and limestone. In the coming year, Meg plans to become a high school teacher of math and science.
