This lab is dedicated to thermal analysis and pore structure characterization. We have a suite of Perkin-Elmer machines (DSC7 differential scanning calorimeter, TGA7 thermogravimetric analysis, DTA7 differential thermal analysis, DMA7 differential mechanical analysis) and Micromeritics instruments for nitrogen sorption (ASAP 2010), mercury porosimetry (9410), and helium pycnometry.
